BNR Supported Living is a Supported Living & Outreach Care Provider in the Wirral, Merseyside. We specialise in providing bespoke services that support people with a Learning Disability, and those diagnosed under the Autistic Spectrum Disorder, providing a big focus on encouraging independence & choice.

How do we support your loved one?
Positive behavior support (PBS) is a framework for developing an understanding of an individual’s additional support needs (challenging behavior/behaviors of concern). To use this understanding, we develop effective PBS by combining the technology of behavioral intervention with the values of human rights, and value-based approaches, and empowering the individual to lead a fulfilling life. PBS aims to enhance the quality of life as both an intervention and outcome for people who display behavior that challenges and for those who support them. PBS interventions are also constructional in increasing the person’s social competence and independent living skills.

Not only is Governance part of our legal registration with CQC (Regulation 17) it is a staple within what we do at BNR Group. It fits in with each BNR Value and runs alongside our Mission Statement.

From the start of your journey with BNR, you can expect to achieve the fully accredited Care Certificate in-house with on of our trainers and we will continually develop your skills and knowledge base to ensure that all of our staff have the skills to provide the utmost professional support to our service users and clients.
