I am very impressed by the care that BNR has provided my son in the last 31/2 years. BNR is a service that offers truly person-centered care. My son's needs are paramount in their considerations. They care about what he wants and have developed a programme of activities and care in which his "voice" (even though he is mostly non-verbal) is heard.
