Our team will take on all of your responsibilities so that you can focus on what matters most to you. We provide bespoke care packages that are aimed at targeting your specific needs, be it day or night. We ensure our staff understand the importance of empathy, and as such, they will be driven by your needs, circumstances and situation. They will always put you first.

Our staff will be there to also provide companionship during the time they are with you. From our point of view, it’s not just about providing a service, but it’s also about making you comfortable by interacting in a very friendly manner. We will ensure you build a therapeutic relationship with your carers by providing you with consistency in staffing. You will have more or less the same carers as much as is practicable.

BNR Group is also really proud of our Outreach support. Again, we believe we have a wonderful team of Outreach Support Workers. We support people within their own homes that might need an additional level of support to help with independence. Again, it is key that we can set achievable goals and targets with the people who use our Outreach Service.
